What happens when I run out of credits?
Once monthly credits are exhausted, new scans are paused until credits reset or you upgrade to a higher plan.
Is SEO included in my plan?
Yes. SEO modules are included as a bonus across paid plans and do not consume monthly credits. Daily bonus limits vary by plan (Starter 30, Pro 60, VIP 120 scans per day).
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Invoice from the sidebar. In the Orders column, click Manage orders for the subscription you want to change. That opens your billing portal where you can cancel or update your plan.
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds. Subscription fees and any amounts paid for credits or plans are non-refundable once charged, including for unused or partially used monthly credit allowances. We provide enough free credits for you to evaluate the product before upgrading.
