How do credits work?
Credits are charged per tab load. Rule: 1 credit = 1 tab load. Formula: credits used per run = number of tabs that finish loading. Example: if 5 tabs load, you use 5 credits. Credits reset monthly (no rollover).
What counts as a billable tab load?
A billable tab load is a tab that completes successfully in an analysis run. Credits are calculated per loaded tab.
Do all plans include the same core features?
Yes. Core workflows are available across plans. Plan differences are mainly monthly credits, SEO bonus daily limits, dashboard project limits, processing priority, and support level.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Once monthly credits are exhausted, new billable tab loads are paused until your credits reset or you upgrade to a higher plan.
How does yearly billing work?
Yearly billing applies the annual discount shown on this page (currently Save 30%) versus paying month-to-month.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Plan upgrades and downgrades will be supported once billing is enabled.
Is SEO included in my plan?
Yes. SEO modules are included as a bonus across paid plans and do not consume monthly credits. Daily bonus limits vary by plan (Starter 30, Pro 60, VIP 120 runs/day).
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds. Subscription fees and any amounts paid for credits or plans are non-refundable once charged, including for unused or partially used monthly credit allowances. We provide enough free credits for you to evaluate the product before upgrading.
