1. Agreement

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date below reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

2. The Service

SignalMelo provides tools to monitor and prioritize social and search-related signals to support business decisions. Features, availability, and limits may vary by plan or account status. We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate registration information and keeping credentials secure.
• All activity under your account.
• Using the Service only in compliance with applicable laws and third-party platform rules.

You must not misuse the Service—for example by probing for vulnerabilities, overloading systems, scraping in violation of applicable terms, or using outputs to harass, spam, or deceive others.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and credits

Paid plans, credits, and billing rules are described on our pricing page. Fees, renewal, and refund rules apply as stated there and at checkout. If you dispute a charge, contact us via the Contact section below before escalating with your payment provider where possible.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, branding, and documentation, is owned by SignalMelo or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription or trial. You retain rights to your own content; you grant us only the rights needed to operate the Service (for example hosting, processing, and displaying your content as you instruct).

6. Third-party sources and data

The Service may retrieve or summarize information from public web sources and third-party platforms. That information is provided for your business use subject to those sources' terms and policies. We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or availability of any third-party data.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SignalMelo and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim (or, if less, one hundred U.S. dollars).

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if we are required to do so by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
